ISA is a technical and scientific group based in Alexandria handling the following activities:
- Organizing national and international training programs, conferences, seminars and exhibitions.
- Providing of scientific and technical services in the following fields:
- Environmental protection.
- Air pollution.
- Oceanography.
- Water Treatment.
The United Scientist for Projects and Development (U.S.P.D) changed to International Scientist Association (ISA) since 1997.
